Recipe for homemade jams and jelly's from Joans kitchen.
Specializing in fresh picked strawberry jam  First prize blue ribbon jelly winner york county fair 2012 , you need surejell powder pectin one box, fresh ripe strawbrries 2 quarts (  clean, cut off stems leaves, ​and quarter cut strawberries ) 7 cups domino sugar, 1 tablespoon real butter, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. mix in large pot all above ingrediantsstir constantly and bring to boil, cook for 1 minute take off heat, pour in sterilized jelly jars , wipe rims clean also boil lids 5 minutes and put on jars with rings hand tighten,  than boil in water bath 20 minutes  to seal jars. cool jelly jars than store for up to 1 year.
