joanies fresh apple pie!

​​oil crust mix 2 1/4 cup flour
dash salt
1/2 cup mazola canola oil
1/3 cup milk
mix with fork form 2 balls roll out put in bottom crust

pie 4 cup fresh apples peeled and cored cut up
1 cup sugar
1/2 tea salt
1/2 tea cinnamon
3 tab flour for thickening

mix put in crust cover top with pastry oil crust vent or lattice top
bake for 450 degrees for 10 minutes than lower oven to 350 degrees for 30 minutes. done!

​ chicken corn soup recipe

​you'll need : 1 big can of college in chicken broth
1 can of premium chunk white chicken 10 ounce.
1 box of mrs. grass dry chicken noodle soup( the secret is in the golden egg ) make as directed cook 5 minutes than add
3 ears of fresh corn white or 1 can of summer sweet yellow and white corn niblets and also 1 can of white creamed sweet corn
1 can of peeled white potatoes cubed
dried parsley flakes 1 tab
3 hard boiled eggs cubed( easy- put eggs in hot water in pan heat high to boil, cook 10 minutes than take off stove cover let sit 10 minutes than rinse in cold water til cool )
ribbles if you like- 1 cup flour, 3 tab shortening cut into flour add 1 beaten egg a little salt- roll out and cut into little noodles add to boiling corn soup. cook soup 20 minutes med heat covered. DONE!

joanies best poultry or turkey stuffing

one bag of soft bread cubes
1/4 cup of fresh celery cut in small pieces
one spanish or vidalia onion cut in small cubes
1 stick real butter
1 egg
1/8 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup milk
cook celery and onion in butter til soft, stir in bread cubes, beat egg- drizzle over mixture add parsley​​​​​​​​​, and milk  /mix. stuff poultry and cook bird as directed.you can add a cup of torn up soft pretzels, the secret to great stuffing is sourdough!
italian  vinaigrette joanies secret recipe note: refridgerate or keep cold

1/2 cup virgin olive oil
2 squeezed lemons or 1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tab organic garlic powder​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup italian dressing
1/4 cup russian dressing
1/4 cup parm cheese​
1 tab dried basil crushed​
1 tab oregano​
mix than add​
1 bay leaf soak in hot water to soften add to mix overnight than remove leaf​ next day.
